Getting even one house was enough of a headache.  Banks are so reluctant to lend money these days.  They wouldn&#039;t even take my $30k cashier&#039;s check without proof of where it came from.

Anyway, I&#039;ve taken some of your guys&#039; advice and added a little to my payments.  Not a ton but paying $2500 a month for a $2142 house payment cuts it from 30 years to 20 years.

I&#039;d think twice about throwing tons of money at the mortgage... unless of course you think you can&#039;t make more than 6 or 7% investing into you&#039;re business...

You may even want to consider grabbing another as a rental.

Now is def not a bad time to do just that...
