944: Melody Clouds: Unlock Relaxation and Heal Using Binaural Beats with Wayne Altman

Wayne Altman on Relaxation Technology

Wayne Altman covers Relaxation Technology in this Marketer of the Day episode. Wayne Altman explains how sound technology can reduce stress, improve sleep, and help people find focus. Melody Clouds now includes 8000 hours of binaural beats, guided meditations, and solfeggio frequencies for focus, sleep, tinnitus, PTSD, anxiety, and more. He recommends experimenting because the first frequency may not work, just like a first medication may not fit. The app also offers long lullabies, Aesop's Fables, nature sounds, city noise, and 18,000 audiobooks. A 60-day $2.99 trial lets users explore before the $5.99 monthly subscription.

Finding moments of peace and tranquillity has become increasingly challenging in our fast-paced and chaotic world. Fortunately, technological advancements have brought us innovative solutions to combat stress, anxiety, and various mental and physical ailments. One such groundbreaking technique is binaural sound therapy, a powerful tool that harnesses the potential of sound frequencies to promote relaxation, focus, and overall well-being. Binaural sound therapy involves using specially designed audio tracks that deliver unique frequencies to each ear, stimulating the brain to create a third frequency. This phenomenon, known as binaural beats, produces various effects on the mind and body, offering a natural and non-invasive approach to healing and self-improvement.

Wayne Altman is a seasoned entrepreneur with an impressive resume. He has owned 14 online businesses and has traveled to 19 countries. Robert Plank 0:04 Hey, and welcome back to the marketer of the day podcast. We're here with Wayne ultimate. And he's worn so many hats among his careers. He's traveled to 19 countries, he has an currently owns 14 online businesses. But the thing we're going to talk about today, the focus is this very excellent subscription relaxation website and app. It's called melody clouds, there's 8000 hours of binaural beats guided meditation audiobooks, and what's it all for is to get you to relax, and it's at a price point, other services will not touch. So we're gonna talk today about these healing and beneficial effects of this technology. It's now we're living in the future, it's available to everyone who wants it. So Wayne, glad to be talking to you.

Unknown Speaker 0:47 Hey, Robert, thank you very much for having me. That was awesome.

Robert Plank 0:51 And you're awesome. And you know, just before the call, we were talking about how we're both fixated on upping our game and doing those repetitions, those reps and like being on as many podcasts as makes sense, and hosting as many podcasts. And also something that's also cool is that I started up the zoom 10 minutes early, and you were here 10 minutes early. And I think that whether you realize it or not, that's kind of on brand with what you're all about, right with the meditation and being focused and relaxed. So many people these days, it's a cliche, they're rushing from thing to thing, the the phone's always going off. So maybe it's time now to use that phone for a positive instead of a negative that takes away for life. So what do you think about all that? And what do you have to say, to kick us off?

Speaker 2 1:36 Yeah, I totally could not agree with that more, you've noticed, and thank you for noticing, you know, I popped in to the room. There was no one here, it was quiet. I had was able to get some stuff done while I was waiting. But I made sure my wife actually is the one that taught me that i We've been married for 17 years. And if my wife is late, one minute late for something you should call the authorities, because there needs to be a search party. The woman is never ever, ever late. So that really impressed upon me, one of the good things she's pulled from me is that, you know, look, I am where I say I'm gonna be at the time I say I'm gonna be there. And that really sets the whole tone for what takes place.

Robert Plank 2:23 I love that. And I was reading some blog posts maybe six months ago where someone had William Shatner, on some kind of podcast and it was similar idea is the the guy opened up the Zoom Room first. And I guess the William Shatner was just like, sitting there with his eyes closed, just kind of getting in the moment getting in state. And so it's like stories like that, that made me think, okay, that's the what we should be doing, right? Like how you learn from your wife to be even just a little bit early. That way you're not rushed from thing to thing. And I hate being such a like a onenote character. But as soon as I became a parent a few years ago, I really changed so many ways of thinking. And the thing that you're reminded me is, we just started taking into school. And when you're in that, that drop off line, there's so many cars like jumping out in front of you and so many people who are like stressed panicked in a rush and me and my wife, we kind of look at each other and laugh and we say, you know, if only these parents woke up 10 minutes earlier, left the house 10 minutes earlier, you wouldn't be so rushed. So that's a really good lesson for us to start off is not to be so rushed. And so when people say Okay, that's great. I shouldn't be so rushed. But I'm so stressed out, I can't quiet the thoughts. And maybe they even tried some of these different solutions and apps. So what is melody clouds if we're gonna jump into solving their problems, and why should we use it and How's it different?

Speaker 2 3:37 So a couple of years about a year ago, I have tinnitus. It's a ringing in the ear. Some people call it tinnitus. And William Shatner has that too. Yeah, that well, a lot of people suffer from it. And there's a lot of people listening to this right now that they know exactly that may not know what it's called, but it's a ringing in the ear. It's, in my case very loud. And it's a very, it's a wishing and ringing in my ear. And a friend of mine, who also served in the army. And that's where I got mine a gift from the United States Army was this ringing in my ear? And he called me over to the house and he said, Hey, I want you to listen to I know you have tinnitus. I want you to listen to these. This music. So whatever, we're sitting there talking and he plays a tune for me. Nothing plays in the other one says no problem. Please add another one. Nothing. The third one though. The third one complete silence. Robert, I had not heard silence in 30 years. I was overwhelmed because I could hear this ringing. I heard nothing. And it was it was it was a magic trick. A week later, I had melody clouds the dome And I had a website, it was up, I knew and I started collecting all of these binaural beats, because that's what the trick was a binaural beat is one frequency going in one ear, one frequency going in the other ear, your brain takes those two frequencies. And instead of processing both of them, it creates a third frequency somewhere in the middle. That frequency can change your mood, it can increase your focus, it can stop ringing in your ear, it can block pain or grief. And over this last few years, I have learned just how powerful these sounds along with solfeggio frequencies, we talked about that. And I knew I had to bring it to people, because I know a lot of veterans, a lot of musicians, a lot of dentists, a lot of people that have not been so generous to their hearing. They have really taken this when our membership is in 143 countries 210 languages were translated in so it's a global problem.

Robert Plank 6:11 And, you know, you mentioned that there's these tools for these specific purposes. And I think that's not talked about a lot where I've heard about like binaural beats for like to help with sleep, and you hear about, you know, guided meditations for communists, but it's interesting how you say like, there's, there's these binaural beats like specifically for grief, there's these specifically for stress. And so that's, it's quite a time for us to be alive, right? When there's a million streaming services, the million TV shows on the streaming services, you can go and search YouTube for any sort of topic course any other topic, but then that also applies to these sort of psychological mental tools that you have built into your app. There's these kind of guided meditations and there's these binaural beats to solve some specific problems. And so is there a I mean, we've already mentioned how there for all these different purposes, right, like you you with your tinnitus and but is there like a top couple of uses, like with all the people using binaural beats for like all these different purposes, what are like the most used functions for them?

Speaker 2 7:17 Okay, so I have 8000 hours of binaural beats on melody clouds. And by far, there are three really, that kind of stand out. And I use this for all three focus is one. You ever heard someone say he's in the zone, or she's in the zone. Turns out the zone is an actual place. And you can get to that zone at will. By doing some of these or by listening to some of these frequencies, your brain is an electrical appliance, and your thoughts, your emotions are all expressed in these frequencies of that and they can be measured on an EEG. That's how we know this. The military at one time tried to weaponize this probably did, but they, you know, tried to weaponize this to instill fear in enemies to prevent loss of life really. The second thing for me, again, is sleep. Because of the tinnitus or tinnitus, I would lay in bed and I would hear this ringing in this whooshing sound. But I also had another problem and that was mind racing. Have you ever laid in bed and you're exhausted? You're completely spent from the day, but you lay down and start and you're comfortable that your brain is going a mile a minute, this is what I need to do tomorrow. This is what he said, I wonder why she said that to me. Okay. Most of us have had that experience. If I listened to 432 hertz, let me tell you something, it's like you knock me out or you drop me like a sack of potatoes. I have a song I'm Melody clouds that for me, and I'll tell you why I say for me, for me, I have only listened only ever listened to 15 seconds of that track. Because that 16 seconds, I am out like a light. So you've got focus, you've got sleep. And then for me, it's the tinnitus, you know, kind of blocking that or, or like I said, focus. Yeah. So, but there's way more. I mean, there are a lot of different I mean, I've got PTSD, people being treated for PTSD, and people that are being treated for weight loss for anxieties. So the all of the frequencies are clearly marked on melody clouds. So if someone wants to go in and start playing around with this, and finding out what works for them. Yeah, it's a really good place to start. RT that.

Robert Plank 10:01 That could be a lot of fun. Just go through the library and see what jumps out for you and see like, oh, you know, I've always wanted to work on my weight loss. I've always wanted to work on my focus work on my sleep, whatever jumps out at you, you can just try it and experiment.

Speaker 2 10:14 Yeah, you know, that's actually what made this real for me, because I'm the least woowoo guy you will ever meet. I am not the not a shaman. I am. Look, I need, you know, I believe in medications, you know what I mean? So, um, when he showed me that those first two frequencies did not work. But the third did, that's what opened my eyes. Because if you go to the doctor, and the medication that they prescribe for you, does not work the way they intended it to. What do they do? They subsidy, they prescribe another medication. In other words, for some people, that first medication work just fine. But for you, it didn't. And now we have another medication that's going to work better for you, we're all different, have that first frequency worked, I probably wouldn't have paid any attention. Because it would have seemed like some kind of parlor trick, or would have seemed some, like some woowoo thing. And I would never have proceeded the way that I have. I'm all in I mean, I've gone nuts.

Robert Plank 11:31 So that's good. So the the first, the first attempt, the first thing you play may not work. And that's great, because you're trying to find the personalized solution for you. But also on the flip side of that you're saying don't give up right? If you just go and say all and saw the apple try went all 15 seconds in doesn't work for me, like keep experimenting throughout the days and the nights. And so one thing that comes to mind, though, is so you talk about using binaural beats for sleep and you hear a lot about, like you said, like there's one frequency and one side one frequency and other commercials in the middle. If I'm wearing like earbuds or headphones to do this, am I going to fall asleep with the earbuds in my ears?

Speaker 2 12:10 Okay, so yes, binaural beats, they do work that way. And for a lot of people, they need to use headphones, in order to hear those two frequencies. I do not for some reason, I my brain is able to pick that out. And it has the same effect, whether I'm using headphones, or whether I'm not using headphones. Now, if someone is using this to try and go to sleep, then yes, you would probably need either a pillow or you would need some kind of soft speakers in order to maximize the benefit. But that's why you have solfeggio solfeggio frequencies very similar, but it uses one frequency, one frequency, so you can play it next to the bed, and you'll hear it and it will not be a it won't be an issue. So you'll be able to gain focus, you will be able to go to sleep, you'll be able to do all of the same things without the necessity of those headphones.

Robert Plank 13:08 Amazing. So solfeggio beats, which you also have this category. And so you can play that without the headphones. And so yeah, this is making a lot of sense as far as the the journey that someone should be on as far as like playing around with the different things in the library. And do you have any sort of best practices or any data as far as like the number, the amount of time it takes to work or like the time commitment? Like Do do you think people usually, like try one new one a night? Or give it like 10 days? Or like what's kind of the typical, like, user journey when people use this app? So here's

Speaker 2 13:42 what I've done. Because that's a very good point. And you know, what, really, no one has ever asked me that. Melanie clouds offers our customers a trial for 60 days for $2.99. So you try melody clouds for 299, the third month, it's $5.99. So we've priced very reasonably, but the first initial 60 days is really for you to get in, dig in and find out if there's anything of value in it for you. If not, the largest button on my application is the unsubscribe button. This is not a get rich, quick, rich quick scheme. Hell, this isn't a really get rich at all scheme for me, but I wanted to bring something to help people. And if it's not doing that for you, then you need to find something, take that resource and you know, go. You said I'm saying now. So what is us if there's any data, I have tons of email in my email box, and more every single day from mothers who thanked me for the lullabies. Now the lullabies don't have solfeggio free Going sees or binaural beats in them. But the special thing about the lullabies is, they're cut in a longer section. These are one to five hour to 10 hour, lullabies. And the thought process behind that is the number one, the first skill we learn as a human being is how to self soothe. You have children, you had to take care of all of your child's needs, when they were born, you had to feed them, you had to swaddle them, you had to write, change them, bathe them everything. The first skill your children learned, was when you put them in the crib for them to wake up and actually be able to get right back to sleep. Now, I don't know how long it took your child to learn that I can tell you, the chances are they would have learned it way quicker with these lullabies play. And it's because they wake up, they hear the same music being played as when they went to sleep, they're in the same place, their smells in the room are the same, they're calm, they realize I'm in a safe place. And that very quickly takes them to a place where they learn how to self soothe. I have so many parents bothers as well as mothers that contact me and go Dude, you are a genius. This worked great. Also, Aesop's Fables, you know, being able to entertain small children with these very short, very pertinent stories. Um, I don't know if you're familiar with Aesop's Fables. Oh, yeah. Fox in the grades. Well, guess what? We have 138 stories that are read by Gary Meyer. Gary Meyer, is a Hall of Fame winning DJ, he's on the Radio Hall of Fame. very good friend of mine, and this dude knocks it out of the park. These stories are amazing. They're hilarious. And they really do teach those lessons that your kids need to know, just like we were taught, they need to be, you know, those things need to be explained to them. The Tortoise and the Hare, you know, the Fox and the Grapes, these stories are real, they're real life lessons that we need to understand as human beings.

Robert Plank 17:19 Right? I mean, there's so many, like Disney movies and modern day movies that are just like reimagining those and using them because they're, you know, centuries old public domain, and just like picking them and modernizing them. And, and yeah, I agree that they're all great stories. And so this is cool, because there are many uses for your app. And what we ended up doing like my son's three now, but he would, you know, when he was in the crib, he would always cry a bunch. And what we ended up doing was, I took an old iPhone, like, you know, I have the one that I currently use, but I have the old one that you know, just was many years old, older model. And instead of getting like a white noise machine or something, we only like a couple of modes, we put the old iPhone in there, and we ended up making a YouTube playlist and finding like rain sounds, and then those rain sounds put them out and he won't sleep without it. But with it, he goes right to sleep. And so it's kind of a similar idea, right? Instead of the YouTube playlist. still use the the iPhone, it doesn't have cellular, but it has Wi Fi, which Yeah, well, there's

Speaker 2 18:19 your environment, you did the exact same thing that I tell people. Yeah, you create an environment for your son that lasted throughout the night. And he if he woke up, he woke up in that same environment. Instead of the him going to sleep with music playing and waking up with nothing in a dark room, where the sounds of the house are, you know, the thing that he hears and the imagination even at that little tiny age, it starts to work and shadows start to appear and it becomes a very frightening place.

Robert Plank 18:54 Yeah, so So I guess I'm doing something right. And it's good to have this in my back pocket if the because as you know, sometimes you figure out a situation that works for yourself or others. And after a while it loses effectiveness. So if the rain sounds don't work, then we have these other kind of white noise options from your app to plug in. And so the way you describe it, it sounds like you know my my frustration with many of these meditation apps that seems like they're one extreme or another right? There were $1 or two and there's like two things on it right? And the end it says oh, just hear it times your your breathing or something like that. And then the other extreme there's all these ones that say like, oh, yeah, you can solve all these problems, new all this meditation, and they're like, $15 every week. They're like, just catastrophically huge. Just for something that like Rockefeller.

Speaker 2 19:41 Use it. I believe me. That's what look more than anything. That is what started me on this path. Because I do recognize that there are other apps out there. Some just like you said, some that do one they're one trick ponies. We have 18,000 and audiobooks being read by professional voice actors. So all the classics Tom Sawyer, Penguin Island, Bleecker Street, all of the classics that everyone, you know, we've decided are classics. So we and we enjoy them. Right? So 18,000 that list grows every single month. Then you have a environment sounds with nature sounds. So I just went and commissioned another 60 hours of nature sounds, which means Beach, forest. Owls hooting crickets chirping city, I had so many people request city noises. You think that that would be the least relaxing thing on the planet for people? Yet, I had a guy who contacted me said, Listen, I'm at the beach. And I miss hearing jackhammers and cabs honking. And so I had to hurry and put together something for him and get that you know, on on melody clouds, then you have the Aesop's Fables. Binaural Beats though I think most people spend up you know, a lot of time on, there's over 8000 hours of guided meditations, solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats. And if you can't find something on there that you know, is your interest, that's your jam, then I'll gladly give you back, you know, then no harm, you know what I mean? It's really another reason I priced it where I did was because I do realize, eventually someone is going to cancel their subscription. And I'll tell you something, it's happened once. And the reason I got very bummed, I got very bummed someone cancelled their subscription. And then I read the email from this individual, I won't call her out. But she had mistakenly purchased two subscriptions. So I don't even think that I don't even think that counts. I think she just gave me back one extra that she had purchased. Oh, funny.

Robert Plank 22:06 And, and so like, that whole concept of missing the city sounds I could totally see that happening if someone lived in like a big city and then moved to the country or when camping or like went to the beach like like that mandate, and just like was used to the certain Sleep Sounds. And I mean, I had never heard of anyone talk about that until a few years ago. I've just like, be aware of your environment and be aware of like, well, what's the what's the temperature? What's the light? How are you laying? Or you face up? Face down? Where's your head? And especially when you wake up? How are you laying, and just to be an the sounds especially but being aware of like all those factors. And if you're the kind of person that is taking hours to get to sleep, maybe do your best to like, try out, try changing different things out until you figure out like, exactly what's the environment that puts you to sleep, and this app can help someone get that exactly dialed in. And so as we're nearing the end of our conversation here, Wayne, you've already mentioned about some of the unexpected uses of unexpected, like, you know, things people have discovered, but as you've been growing this app in this business has been a surprise for you personally, has there been something that just like really, unexpectedly wild and amaze you?

Speaker 2 23:16 Yeah, I didn't, I did not expect the motion, that would be put to me. I'm not I'm not that guy. I know, most people don't approach me and start crying on my shoulder, or, you know, and I and in return, I'm not that big of an emotional guy myself, I just got off the phone with someone who their parent is starting to get very confused. And when that happens, a lot of times in health, you know, health care workers can tell you, they start to exhibit some anger, some, you know, they, they get very frustrated. And this happens to be a very close neighbor of mine. And she was saying that she started playing these binaural beats and trying to take charge trying to trying to change the mood, a little bit. And it's it's really working. And now look, again, this is a personal friend of mine. And I understand that. But it was a very emotional experience for me, because I do know how much she struggled. And I do know how close she is with that parent. And so that really took me by surprise that I wouldn't become that invested that you know, connected to helping someone with a particular issue.

Robert Plank 24:39 Amazing. Yeah, that's got to feel so good and got to be so motivating for you because like you said, You've got 14 businesses. We talked about that at the beginning, but you got 14 businesses, and sometimes you say, you know, oh, I've made this this really great database app. And it like makes tables and it's like, well, is that really making a difference? Is that really changing lives? We have this now now you're changing some lives.

Speaker 2 25:01 Yeah, that is seriously Robert that is really look, you're right. I have other businesses, they are not emotionally connected to their stores, their stores, they sell, buy and sell stuff, people. This particular thing is a passion project for me is really something number one I love talking about number two, I love the results that I'm getting very encouraged people are very, very interested in what's going on here. And I will say one other thing. Not only do we have nature sounds weird reading and I just thinking about this this morning, we are adding the ability for our customers to create their own environment. So if you don't like the environment that you are in currently, you can go to your phone get on our app, which is free. I want to say two things about this app. Number one, the app is free. It's the subscription that is 299 to 599. Okay, that's number one. And for those people who do not like sharing their information, and they want to guard their information carefully, I'm your Huckleberry. Because I have made it very. Number one, I don't collect anyone's information, the payment information notwithstanding. But once you're in that app, I don't care what you're doing where you are, the location services are all turned off, no one could give me information. Okay, I don't want to. But the second part is it actually prevents others other third parties from all of that information while you're using the app. That's how seriously, I took that what's going on with people's information, really kind of weirds me out. And while you're using melody clouds, we block out third parties, and you are not they're not collecting information from you, while you're using melody clouds. But getting back to we're putting the ability for people to change and recreate their environment. And that I think is going to be extremely exciting for a lot of people.

Robert Plank 27:12 I'm excited for you. And I can sense your excitement. And you discovered the the cliche that we're all searching for, right, the thing that gets you excited to jump out of bed in the morning, but then it also serves the greater good and also helps others and also makes you money and also support you. So it's like really ticked all the boxes for you. So melody clouds is that app. And you know, when we were first getting in our conversation a few minutes ago, I was thinking, I'll be honest, in the back of my head, I was thinking like, oh, yeah, binaural beats, I hadn't thought about those in a few years. And I was like, oh, you know, maybe after this, I'll like go on YouTube and find go and search one, but you never know what you're what you're coming across, you never know. Like, if it's tested, or if it's any good. And then you can't go and find that later. So as you keep finding the right one for you. And so at first I was like, oh, I'll just go to YouTube and find it. But you mentioned about how there's the 60 day trial. So there's time to like figure it all out. And I love how you mentioned that it's for focus and for sleep. So you kind of won me over as well. So melody clouds,

Speaker 2 28:09 tracks, by the way, let me say this, all of the tracks are very well. It tells you what they're for. They're in order, they tells you what therefore, you can create a playlist in the melody clouds app. So you if you find special music, or if you are, let's say that you're listening to one of the books, you can go right back to where you left off. So we've been we pay very close attention to that, number one, number two, this app I made a determination is going to be the prettiest thing in your pocket. Because every single one of those tracks is paired with art, a photograph, you know, artist, it is beautiful, to match up with what is in that track. So it's very easy to keep track of which ones work for you. It's very easy to discover new ones. And it is very easy to do well number one use like opening up the app. I mean, it really is a very beautiful app.

Robert Plank 29:14 And that's important because a lot of these are super ugly. A lot of these are just like, like audio players in that set. So I'm glad that you said that. And so if someone says Okay, I'm convinced I want to use the get the app on solid, they just go to their app store and search melody cloud.

Speaker 2 29:28 So the first thing that I would do is I would go to Melody clouds.com. There you can sign up for 60 days to not two hours, 99 cents, sign up for 60 days, right? The next thing that they do in it, the button is right there they go and get the app. The reason I did that is so I could keep the cost down. Apple requires 30%. So if I take them out of the equation, and I don't have to do it that way. Well guess what? I can charge 30% less for the app. So the app is Free, you can do it in either order, you can go in, download the app and then go and create an account or they'll create an account. And then you can because the people who create an account in the in the website, look, there's a player on the website, you can go on your computer, and you can listen to every single track music on melody clouds. So you know, I just made it more convenient for people and put it in their pocket as well,

Robert Plank 30:27 then it's very good to know. Because when I know this whole subject of focus, sometimes I don't want to have my phone on me. Like, if you're really doing the deep work, I'm like, I don't even want those notifications. So that's good, because now we can just go there on the browser, or on the phone, either or so melody clouds with an S at the end. So MELODYCLOU D s.com. Melody CloudSat. Calm. And so as we're wrapping up our conversation here, Wayne, it's always fun to put your guests on the spot and ask them something like, is there like if there's advice you wish you'd gotten 20 years ago? Or if there's important like, lesson or quote of yours, so So what do you think putting you on the spot? What do you wish you'd been told 20 years ago.

Speaker 2 31:18 You are always going to have naysayers. There are always going to be people that give you advice in quotation marks. Okay. And that advice, 99% of the time is going to be negative. Meaning don't do this, don't do that. If I had a nickel for every time someone told me how many other of these services are out there. Until finally, I realized that every restaurant in the United States and in the world has a hamburger on its menu. And it doesn't mean that you don't go open a hamburger restaurant. Okay, we have a glut of them. They're everywhere. But every restaurant has an hamburger in it. Okay? So don't let Pete Number one, don't let anybody tell you not to do something when it comes to you know, achieving your dreams or achieving your goals. And for way too long. I allowed that to creep in to that negativity to kind of creep in. And the minute that I stopped doing that the minute I went my own path, then all of these great things were, you know, started happening. Not without hard work. Believe me, I don't shave my head, I pull my hair out. But it's worth it. It's worth it. Because my kids get to see their father busting his rear every single day to make something happen. And they get to see oh, man, it actually it actually works. He's not crazy. It actually worked out man. This is awesome.

Robert Plank 32:48 That is amazing and inspiring. And it's a little scary, too, because that that naysaying that negativity, it can be from people around us. And we don't even realize how much it affects us. And so we need to pursue those goals. And as you said, don't just pursue the goals blindly have put in the time, have an actual plan, have strategy, take some action and all those things. But don't, don't let the nose stop you from doing it. And a great way to develop that thicker skin and get the grit and resilience and all those things is by using the melody clouds app, of course right to see you get the positivity to get the focus of doing it. Yeah, if I find the right binaural beats for you, so that way you you get the good sleep at night, you get the good focus during the day, and you can pursue your dreams and push through those difficulties that we all have. But you can either give up or you can move push forward. And the very next step to have that tool to have that buddy in your corner is going to Melody clouds.com. And we'll see you there. And thank you very much Wayne for being super raw, authentic, personal, etc. and telling us about your story, your passion, this app, it helps a lot of people that will help more people in the future. So Melody clouds.com has a place to go. And thank you very much Wayne.

Speaker 2 33:59 Robert, thank you very, very much for having me. It's been a great, great pleasure.
