Automation Checklist

automation1. Do you have your autoresponder broadcasts every day for the rest of the week already scheduled?

2. Every time you mail out to your list, do you archive it as a followup so new subscribers get it as well?

3. When you broadcast to your list, do you schedule a similar mailing 90 days from now?

4. Is your web hosting, mortgage, autoresponder, and all other bills possible setup on autopay?

5. Do you have at least 10 blog posts scheduled in advance, even if it's only one per month?

6. Do you have autoresponder broadcasts scheduled to send traffic to those blog posts?

7. Does at least one of your autoresponder sublists contain 10 followups or more?

Do me a favor.  Answer each of these 7 questions with a yes or no, as a comment below.  (Hey that rhymed!)  Then tell me which of your "no's" you will correct within the next 24 hours.

I need 10 comments to keep this party going...

    Nice checklist.

Do a lot of people think a business on autopilot is something ready out of the box? I’m sure there are unique non-clone packages all ready to go (eg a money-generating website for sale at a hefty price), just plug it in and collect the money. Most involve a fair amount of work to be properly set in motion and really be on autopilot, no?

  4. Kevin Baker says:

    Ken and Russ,

Why not get one out of the way then? #4 is probably the easiest to do first…

  15. Russell says:

I’d like to know how much secret joy it brings you to keep shaming me like this Robert?

It’s a good list,.. I was aware of most of the principles and values thereof, but alas, I must confess “no to all”.

Will now make moves to correct this.

Looking forward to your next shame-invoking post!

    Russell

  16. KenT says:

Whoa! This is getting a little cosmic. Right after reading this list and getting Robert’s suggestion (#4 set up auto-payments), I get an email from my Domainer saying they have new, friendly way to set up auto-payments.

Now don’t dat beat all! I’m beginning to wonder what part of the Universe Robert has connections with.

Anyhow, #4 it is. Robert, I’ve printed out the list and going to work from easy to hard. Each successful step is more motivation for me.

Also, got the 100tips. I already had purchased the TM on Crack. Takin one small step at a time.

Still can’t get over Robert’s cosmic connections 🙂
